EPISODE 1: NAVIGATING CHANGE: IDENTIFY THE RIGHT TEAM

Change is something we say we want but change management can be difficult to navigate. As organizations continue to rethink strategies and set new expectations, one key consideration is ensuring you have the right team in place.

We decided to launch our new series by honoring our dear friend, colleague and mentor Wrisë Booker. We are saddened to report that Wrisë recently passed away. For the past 15 years, Wrisë has been an integral part of the Leadership Foundation’s programs. Her wisdom and regal demeanor were only matched by her valuable content, creative delivery and superb professionalism.

For those of you where were privileged to have been taught by her, you know that Wrisë had a special ability to connect in a personal way with every program participant. Educating leaders and mentoring others was her passion. We want to recognize her legacy by sharing this video with her thoughts and tips on how to approach, elicit and successfully implement change in your organization.
